Target Release of Results

The list of passers for the March 2026 CSE-PPT will be available here and on the official CSC website (www.csc.gov.ph) anytime from May 5 to May 7, 2026.

For other concerns like checking your examinee number or questions about the results, the CSC advises you to contact your Regional Office directly.

Verification of Rating (OCSERGS)

A few weeks after the March 2026 CSE-PPT, examinees can check their individual exam ratings through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) at https://erpo.csc.gov.ph/ocsergs/.

This service is available to both passers and non-passers.

Getting Your Certificate of Eligibility (CoE)

Examinees, whether they passed or failed, can obtain their individual exam ratings through https://erpo.csc.gov.ph/ocsergs/.

Those who passed should inquire at their local CSC Regional Office about the availability of the Certification of Eligibility (CoE), which cannot be claimed by representatives.

The CoE will be available for collection roughly thirty (30) days after the results are announced.

A. Letterhead CoE

Successful candidates can request a CoE printed on the official CSC letterhead by a date that will be announced.

This letterhead CoE is provided free of charge by the relevant CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was administered.

A.1 Issuing and Collecting the Letterhead CoE

Even though a specific date will be shared later, passers are strongly encouraged to confirm the availability of their letterhead CoE before visiting the CSC Regional or Field Office.

The CoE must be collected in person, with the following documents required:

  • Original I.D. card – ideally the same card used during the application process. If this is lost or unavailable, the examinee must present another acceptable form of I.D. for the civil service exam (consult the attached list), which must be valid (not expired).
  • Application receipt and/or CSC Official Receipt (if available).

Note: CSC Regional or Field Offices may request additional documentation to verify the identity of the successful candidates.

A.2 Collecting the Letterhead CoE at Conduit CSC RO/FO

  • For examinees who have relocated or are based in remote areas, they can claim their letterhead CoE at the nearest CSC Regional or Field Office (acting as the conduit CSC RO/FO) to their current residence or workplace.

B. Security Paper CoE

In addition to the letterhead CoE, passers may choose to apply for a CoE printed on security paper for a fee.

Please note that applying for a security paper CoE requires a different set of requirements and procedures. For details, contact the CSC RO or check the CSC Website.

The security paper CoE and its authenticated copies can be applied for and obtained from any of the 16 CSC ROs nationwide, regardless of the examination location, also by a date that will be announced.

Candidates are advised to first confirm the availability of this service before visiting the CSC RO.

More information can be found on the CSC website that lists the CSC ROs.

Please take note of this information.
