The Light Rail Transportation Authority or LRTA is the Philippines’ leading rail transit authority, offering dependable, efficient, dependable, and environmentally friendly mass rail services to all Metro Manila citizens. Executive Order (EO) No. 603, as revised by EO No. 830 dated September 1982, and EO No. 210 dated July 7, 1987, established LRTA as a fully owned government company on July 12, 1980. The LRTA is largely in charge of building, operating, maintaining, and/or leasing light rail transportation networks in the Philippines.
