Application Requirements

All applicants must meet the minimum qualifications of the vacant position and submit the following requirements through the BOC Online Application Portal.

For BOC Employees:

1. Filled out Personal Data Sheet (PDS / CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) and Work Experience Sheet
2. Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility, or Authenticated PRC License ID, or Certificate of Admission to the Philippine Bar (for lawyers)
3. Copy of Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) for:
   • January to June 2025, and
   • July to December 2025
     • Rating must be at least very satisfactory.

For Non-BOC Employees:

1. Filled out Personal Data Sheet (PDS / CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) and Work Experience Sheet
2. Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility, or Authenticated PRC License ID, or Certificate of Admission to the Philippine Bar (for lawyers)
3. Copy of Performance Appraisal Report for the last rating period
   • Required for government employees only; rating must be at least very satisfactory.
4. Copy of Transcript of Records, certified by the School Registrar or by the applicant
5. Copy of Certificate of Employment
   • Required for BOC Contract of Service personnel and external applicants.
6. Copy of NBI Clearance valid until January 2027
   • Must be submitted during the written examination or interview.
