Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- With active PRC License
- With at least three (3) years hospital, clinic, or health center experience
- Willing to study and obtain Japan’s National License for “Kangoshi”
Job Vacancy #2: Careworkers (Kaigofukushishi) – 300 Slots
Qualifications:
- BS Nursing graduate (with or without PRC license), OR
- Graduate of any 4-year course with TESDA NC II in Caregiving
- Must be motivated to study and obtain Japan’s National License for “Kaigofukushishi”

Japanese Language Training Requirement
All selected candidates will undergo 12 months of intensive Japanese Language Training, which includes:
- 6 months Preparatory Japanese Language Training in the Philippines
- Mandatory face-to-face training in Manila (if selected by Japan Foundation)
- 6 months Intensive Japanese Language Training in Japan
Exemptions:
- With JLPT N3 or N4 certificate (obtained after April 2024) – may be exempted from JLPT in the Philippines
- With JLPT N2 or at least 12 months study in a Japan Ministry of Justice-designated language school – may be exempted from JLPT in both Philippines and Japan
- Must have fast and reliable internet connection
Documentary Requirements
Applicants must secure an online appointment through their DMW e-Registration account before submitting documents.

- Detailed résumé with 1 piece 2×2 recent photo
- Transcript of Records
- College Diploma (4-year degree)
- PRC License ID (for Nurses)
- Updated Certificate of Employment
- Required for Nurses
- If available for Careworkers
- Japanese Language Certificate (if available)
- TESDA NC II in Caregiving (if not BS Nursing graduate)
- Valid Passport (at least 6 months validity before departure)
- Valid NBI Clearance (multi-purpose)
- PEOS Certificate
- Printed Workers Information Sheet / E-Registration
