Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleaning, scaling, gutting, and cutting fish into fillets or specified cuts.

Weighing and packing fillets correctly for sale or further processing.
Maintaining sharp knives and ensuring all tools and equipment are cleaned and sanitized.

Qualifications of Fish Filleters Job Vacancies
