Job Description

As a Poultry Butcher, you’ll be primarily responsible for the efficient and hygienic preparation of poultry meat. This role requires skillful use of butchery tools and a keen understanding of meat cuts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing and processing poultry for sale and distribution.
Deboning, cutting, trimming, and grinding poultry meat according to specifications.
Ensuring cleanliness and sanitization of the working area and equipment.
Complying with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Packaging poultry meat for sale, ensuring quality presentation.
Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Maintaining sharp and well-maintained butchery tools and equipment.
Collaborating with other team members to meet production targets.

Qualifications of Poultry Butchers Job Vacancies

Candidates must meet specific qualifications to be considered for the Poultry Butchers position.

With at least three (3) years of working experience in the field.
Must have related Training Certificates.
TESDA NCII Certificate or Trade Test is a MUST!
