Job Description

As a Beef Farmer, you will be responsible for the daily care and management of beef cattle. This position involves various tasks to ensure the animals’ health and welfare and the farm’s efficient operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitoring the health and well-being of beef cattle and administering treatments as necessary.
Feeding and managing nutrition plans for different ages and stages of cattle.

Implementing pasture management and rotational grazing systems.
Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
Keeping accurate records of livestock, treatments, and farm operations.

Marketing and selling beef products directly or through markets.

Qualifications of Beef Farmers Job Vacancies

Candidates must meet specific qualifications to be considered for the Beef Farmers position.

With at least three (3) years of BEEF FARMING work experience.
New Zealand (North & South Island) Beef Farming work experience is a PLUS!
Must be a holder of a Non-Professional Driver’s License.
Must have UKVI IELTS with a 4.0 score per category.
Must have experience handling beef cattle breeds such as Aberdeen Angus, Japanese Brown, Red Angus, or anything similar.
TESDA NCII Certificate is a MUST!
