Step 2: Apply Online Based on Your Status
For External Applicants (Non-DOE Employees):
- Submit your application through the DOE Online Recruitment system, which can be accessed at the button below.
For Current DOE Employees:
- Apply via the HRIPS (Human Resource Information and Payroll System).
Step 3: Submit Your Application
- Applications must be submitted online via the DOE Online Recruitment website for preliminary evaluation.
- Ensure all documents are complete and properly uploaded.
- Incomplete applications may not be processed.
Note: All applications must be submitted online. Physical applications will not be accepted.

- Must be a Filipino citizen and meet the position’s Qualification Standards.
