General Qualifications

To qualify for the PNP Patrolman/Patrolwoman Recruitment, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a Filipino citizen with good moral character.
  • Must be physically and mentally fit.
  • Must be a college graduate from a recognized institution.
  • Must possess any of the following eligibilities:
    • NAPOLCOM PNP Entrance Exam
    • Civil Service Professional Exam
    • Bar or Board Passer (R.A. 1080)
    • Licensed Criminologist (R.A. 6506)
    • College Honor Graduate (P.D. 907)
  • Must not have been dishonorably discharged from military service or dismissed from any government position for a valid cause.
  • Must not have been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude.
  • Height Requirement: At least 5’2” (157 cm) for males and 5’0” (152 cm) for females.
  • Weight: Should be within ±5 kg of the standard weight based to height, age, and sex.
  • Age Limit: Must be 21 to 30 years old.
