1. Thorough Selection

  • The selection process begins with sourcing candidates currently employed in their field of specialization across various industries.

2. Background Verification

  • Candidates’ employment and personal histories are meticulously verified, including checks with current and previous employers. Police clearance from the National Bureau of Investigation is also required to ensure no derogatory records.

3. Trade Test of Candidates

  • The agency collaborates with a Department of Labor and Employment-accredited trade testing center. Candidates undergo practical job knowledge and skill tests, and those with the highest ratings are selected for final approval by employers.

4. Medical and Psychological Tests

  • Selected candidates must undergo comprehensive physical and psychological examinations at a Department of Health-accredited clinic to confirm their fitness for the job.

5. Full Documentation Assistance

  • The agency assists selected candidates with all necessary documentation, including passports, education certification authentication, clearances, and visa processing.

6. Pre-Departure Orientation

  • Candidates receive an extensive pre-departure orientation covering working and living conditions, customs, traditions, and significant laws of the host country.
