Passport Processor General Functions
- Reviews and processes passport applications;
- Evaluates and checks authenticity, completeness and correctness of documents submitted;
- Conducts thorough interview of the applicant, ensuring that information obtained establishes the true identity and Philippine citizenship of applicant;
- Determine if applicants have discrepancies or irregularities and elevates these to the Officers-in-Charge for appropriate action or resolution;
- Processes passport applications at an average rate of 6-8 minutes per application;
- Attends to consular inquiries from the public through passport concerns email and Passport Division’s telephone number 8651-9407 and OCA Twitter account;
- Consolidates and submits the requirements for salary claims of all TOPS COS personnel;
- Distributing of office supplies and materials to TOPS sites;
- Attends to inquiries and concerns of all TOPS sites through Viber and Facebook messenger groups; and
- Performs other tasks as instructed by the management/supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications
