  • c. Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs):
    • Both land-based and sea-based Filipinos working abroad. Since 2022, Pag-IBIG membership and monthly contributions are mandatory for all OFWs.
  • d. Self-employed professionals:
    • Entrepreneurs, freelancers, athletes, and other self-employed individuals up to 60 years old with a minimum monthly income of ₱1,000.
