What is the Philippine Postal ID?

- Long Stay Visitor Visa Extension (LSVVE)

3. Proof of Address (Provide one of the following):

Renewal or Replacement due to Change in Biographic Data:

How to Apply
- Step 1. Submit completely filled-out application forms with your requirements and payment to any post office. Application forms are available in all post offices, or you may download it below.
