About the OCC-ROTC
The Officer Candidate Course-Reserve Officer Training Corps (OCC-ROTC) is a new program by the Philippine Army.
It is for graduates of the Probationary Officer Training Course (POTC) or Military Science 43 who are already Second Lieutenants in the Reserve Command.
The program includes six months of training to prepare them as Commissioned Officers.

- College Diploma
- Transcript of Record
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Valid ID
Qualifications
You must meet the following qualifications when joining the OCC-ROTC training program.
- Baccalaureate degree holders
- Natural-born Filipino Citizen
- Single with no parental obligation
- At least 5 feet tall (both male & female)
- Physically & mentally fit
- At least 21 years old but not a day older than 28 years old upon oath-taking
- MS43 graduate
- No pending cases in any court
