- Send a scanned copy of the signed application letter.
- Mention the job title, salary grade (SG) level, and job location.
- You can apply for up to two positions in one posting period.

- Proof of Eligibility (if available):

- Transcript of Records and Diploma:

- Certificates of Training (if applicable):
- Provide scanned copies of relevant training certificates.
- Affidavit of Informed Consent, Waiver, and Undertaking:
- Submit a scanned copy of the signed affidavit confirming compliance with the minimum qualification standards and requirements.
- Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) or Equivalent (for applicants with work experience):
- Submit a scanned copy of the certified true copy of the completely signed IPCR or its equivalent for the last rating period.
- Certification for SG 24 Applicants:
- Submit a scanned copy of certification from an authorized officer stating that you are performing supervisory functions, including the specific period and number of subordinates. (Except for Contractual)
