- At least 72 units in college from a recognized institution
- Completed a TESDA technical course with National Certificate (NC II) in any of the following:
- Electrical Installation and Maintenance
- Building Wiring Installation
- Drafting / Autocad
- Automotive
- Heavy Equipment Operation
- Carpentry
- Masonry
- Welding (SMAW / GMAW)
- Plumbing
- Pipefitting
- Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Servicing (DOMRAC)
- Must be at least 18 years old but not more than 24 years and 3 months old upon appointment
- Must have a minimum height of 5’0” (152.4 cm) for both male and female applicants
