PHINMA Education grants HK Scholarships to incoming freshmen from low-income families. This scholarship has no maintaining grade required! Successful applicants may be eligible for a 25 percent, 50 percent, or 75 percent discount on miscellaneous fees depending on the school’s examination of your application.
