About CERT-PH

CERT-PH, or the Philippine National Computer Emergency Response Team, is a government agency under the Cybersecurity Bureau of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) in the Philippines. The agency is tasked with managing and responding to computer security incidents in the country, including monitoring cyber threats, conducting cybersecurity assessments, and providing security operations center (SOC) services.

The Philippine National Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-PH) under the Cybersecurity Bureau of the DICT is currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join their team and make a difference in achieving a cyber-resilient nation. CERT-PH is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and responding to computer security incident reports and activities including cybersecurity assessment, cyber threat monitoring, and SOC operations.
