Recruitment
Sourcing: After the Account Manager works closely with the client to set clear recruitment parameters, the company begins the overseas recruitment process.
A Consultant-in-Charge (CIC) is assigned to handle sourcing qualified talents that match the client’s needs.
The CIC may use advertisements, a computerized talent bank, AI-backed job portals, social media, and headhunting to find suitable candidates.
Screening/Evaluation: The CIC evaluates candidates using the job description as a guide.
This involves reviewing resumes and conducting personal interviews. If the client requires, candidates may also undergo specific skills or trade tests.
Shortlisting: The CIC then submits two to three top candidates who not only meet the client’s requirements but are also willing to accept the offered compensation packages.
