Manila On-Time Express Manpower Inc. was founded in response to a pressing demand. The harsh realities that the average Filipino faces, such as a lack of employment possibilities at home and the necessity to make ends meet, are what inspired the company’s creation. The hunt for greener pastures has thus led the OFW to a variety of locations where the Filipino is acknowledged as a world-class worker and his skills and abilities are appreciated and put to good use.
The company “honors” overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), our so-called modern-day heroes, by providing them with the finest chances for work overseas without the risk of being duped by unregistered and unaccredited agencies or illegal recruiters. Manila On-Time aims first and foremost to help Filipino workers progress their careers abroad and grow as individuals. The organization was created in 2015 by innovative individuals with experience in recruitment, legal skills, and financial capabilities in numerous companies. It is a member of the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
