- Job Description:
- Workers in factories run equipment to feed goods into a production line, potentially a conveyor line, as in a factory that makes canned goods. They keep an eye on the machines, reporting any problems to their management, and they also control and modify the settings.
- After the goods are created, factory workers sift and pack them before putting them in crates for shipping.
- In order to enforce health and safety compliance and ensure that the equipment are running efficiently, factory workers keep their workstation tidy. This is crucial in settings where food is prepared.
- Because factory personnel have a thorough understanding of the goods and supplies they’re using, they can tell if a product doesn’t adhere to specific standards. To verify that all goods are same, they inspect the output.
