2021 Independence Day Nationwide Jobs Fair: 40k job vacancies

At the height of the pandemic, this year’s celebration of Independence Day is going virtual and is geared towards the creation and facilitation of more decent jobs and the promotion of entrepreneurship.

With this, the Department of Labor and Employment will conduct the 2021 Kalayaan: Online Trabaho, Negosyo, Kabuhayan (TNK) Job & Business Fair and One-Stop-Shop Services on June 12-19, 2021. This year’s Independence Day celebration bears the theme ‘Diwa ng Kalayaan sa Pagkakaisa at Paghilom ng Bayan’.

The Expanded TNK initiative aims to create decent employment and to promote entrepreneurial which will lead to the reduction of inequality and the acceleration of human capital development. The virtual TNK fair is part of the National Employment Recovery Strategy (NERS) of the government for full economic recovery.

The virtual event will also engage the assistance of the participating agencies for the OneStop-Shop Pre-Employment Documentation and Advisory Services.
