The DOST Science and Technology (S&T) Fellows Program aims to boost the research and development (R&D) capacity of the DOST RDIs and Councils to deliver innovative activities, programs, and services to Filipinos through a pool of science experts.
The Office of the Undersecretary for Research and Development is hiring 36 full-time S&T Fellows
- Seventeen (17) Science & Technology Fellow I (SG 23/₱78,455)
- Five (5) S&T Fellow II (SG24/₱88,410)
- Fourteen (14) S&T Fellow III (SG25/₱100,788)

- Photocopy of paper/s published in ISI, Scopus-indexed journals, or conference proceedings, as sole or co-author (excluding thesis/dissertation)
- Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility (Career Service Professional/PD997/RA 1080)
- Photocopy of Certificate/s of Trainings, Seminars, and Awards received
- Photocopy of Performance Rating in the last rating period.
Accepted S&T Fellows shall also be required original copies of the following documents:
- Medical Certificate with the following results:
- Drug Test, Urinalysis, Hermatology Result, Radiology Report
- NBI Clearance
