The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is a prime mover of consumer welfare. Besides overseeing the effective implementation and enforcement of trade regulation and fair trade laws, the DTI provides protection to consumers through consumer education and information dissemination programs.

As of June 2022, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is still accepting applicants until June 20, 2022 for the following positions:

Administrative Aide VI (Clerk III) (SG6/Php 16,877)

  • Eligibility : Career Service (SubProfessional)/ any First Level Eligibility
  • Education : Completion of two (2) years studies in College
  • Training : None required
  • Work Experience : None required
  • Competency : Organizational Competencies:Integrated Industry and Globalized Outlook (Basic), Delivering Solutions, Services and Support to DTI’s Stakeholders (Basic), Networking and Linkaging (Basic), Delivering Excellent Results (Basic), Collaborating (Basic), Agility (Basic), Exemplifying Professionalism and Integrity (Basic)

Trade Industry Development Specialist (Contractual) (SG15/Php 35,097)

  • Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)/ or any Second Level Eligibility
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
  • Training : 4 hours of relevant training
  • Work Experience : 1 year of relevant experience

  • Training : 8 hours of relevant training
  • Work Experience : 2 years of relevant experience

Chief Trade Industry Development Specialist (SG24/Php 88,410)

  • Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)/ any Second Level Eligibility
  • Education : Master’s Degree or Certificate of Leadership and Management from the CSC
  • Training : 40 hours of supervisory/ management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years
  • Work Experience : 4 years of supervisory/ management experience
  • Competency : Leadership and Managerial Competencies: Strategic and Systems Thinking (Advance), Managing Performance (Advance), Building Capabilities (Advance), Engaging and Inspiring Individual and Teams (Advance) Organizational Competencies: Integrated Industry and Globalized Outlook (Advance), Delivering Solutions, Services and Support to DTI’s Stakeholders (Advance), Networking and Linkaging (Superior), Delivering Excellent Results (Superior), Collaborating (Superior), Agility (Advance), Exemplifying Professionalism and Integrity (Superior)

  2. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
  3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license; and
  4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records.
