Information Systems Analysis III (3 Vacancy)

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • a. Develop data pipelines for cleaning, deduplication, and processing of COVID-19 vaccination and adverse events following immunization data using the DOH epidemiology insights platform
  • b. Assist in the preparation and submission of COVID-19 vaccination reports
  • c. Assist in the coordination with the Inter-Agency Task Force for Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) Strategic
    Communications (StratCom) task group in responding to data requests from external stakeholders
  • d. Provide technical assistance on improving data quality of surveillance data
  • e. As needed, conduct relevant epidemiological analyses at the national and regional levels, with technical guidance
    from the supervisor
  • f. Perform related functions as assigned by the supervisor / Director III from time to time

Senior Health Program Officer (15 Vacancy)

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • a. Process COVID-19 vaccination and adverse events following immunization data extracted from the Vaccine Information Management System and Vigiflow in preparation for the daily vaccine and AEFI public reports
  • b. Assist in the preparation and submission of COVID-19 vaccine and AEFI reports
  • c. Assist in the coordination with IATF StratCom task group in responding to data requests from
    external stakeholders
  • d. Provide technical assistance on improving data quality and analysis of vaccine and AEFI data
  • e. As needed, conduct relevant analyses at the national and regional levels, with technical guidance from
    the supervisor
  • f. Perform related functions as assigned by the supervisor / Director III from time to time
