Basic Qualifications
- At least one (1) year experience of in his/her profession
- Height: at least 5 ft
- Must be 21 to 24 years old
- PRC/ Career Service Professional Exam Passer
- Single

Initial Requirements
- A. PRC License / CSC Career Service Professional Exam Passer (only for graduates of a qualified course that does not require a PRC license)
- B. AFPSAT Passer
- C. 21-24 years old ONLY
- D. Height – not less than 5’0” FEET (152.4cm) (both male and female)
- E. At least one (1) year of practice of profession (not internship or volunteer)
- F. Natural-born Filipino Citizen
- G. Of good moral character
- H. Physically, mentally, and physiologically fit for active military service
