The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) (Filipino: Pambansang Pangasiwaan ng Patubig) is a Philippine government-owned and controlled corporation primarily responsible for irrigation development and management in the country.

NIA was created under Republic Act (RA) 3601 on June 22, 1963. Its charter was amended by Presidential Decree (PD) 552 on September 11, 1974 and PD 1702 on July 17, 1980. Both increased the capitalization and broadened the authority of the Agency.

Documentary Requirements

All interested qualified applicants shall submit the following to the Office of the Manager, Human Resources Division, NIA, EDSA, Quezon City (for Central Office) / Office of the Manager, Administrative and Finance Division, Regional Office (for Region):

  • Letter of Application for submission not later than the 15th working day from date of publication;
  • Updated Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017) and Work Experience Sheet;
  • Performance Rating for the last semester/rating period ended;
  • Photocopy of Eligibility; and
  • Photocopies of certificates of trainings/seminars attended.

Note: Applicants who fail to submit complete documentary requirements as prescribed shall not be included in the evaluation.

Other Relevant Information

Candidate/s found by the PSB to have met the Minimum Qualification Requirements and have successfully hurdled the Assessment Process (Item I) will be certified by the PSB as qualified for appointment/promotion to the subject vacancy.
